
The Finance Department supports and maintains the accounting services of the Crisp County School System (CCSS) by processing financial information according to local, state, and federal policies, guidelines and regulations.
Our purpose is to provide excellent and accurate service and reliable information through all the following:
· Financial Reporting - Prepare reports for federal, state, and local agencies, board members, and taxpayers.
· Disbursements - Review and process vendor payments and employee reimbursements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to the CCSS policies.
· Cash Management/Grants Accounting - Provides financial monitoring and reporting for CCSS cash and investments.
· Payroll - Review and process payroll for the employees of CCSS.
